Servicing over 1,000 outlets across the Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, and India, we help restaurants maximize their profits by building up their business through a state-of-the-art restaurant platform, bridging together point-of-sale, purchasing, and data analytics. We are on the brink of expanding our business 20x and we are looking for a talented UI-UX Designer to help us pioneer the ASEAN F&B tech landscape.

We are looking for experienced UI/UX Designer to play a critical role in further scaling and developing our restaurant platform which has already processed over 4.2 billion pesos in sales to date.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
Design intuitive experiences across responsive web platforms, delivering easy to follow wireframes, workflows, and prototypes
Collaborate with product management and engineering to understand users, translating understanding into design artifacts that shape thinking and guide development
Regularly conduct design reviews to obtain feedback, iterating on the designs to improve results
Plan and execute user research studies that generate insights to positively impact product design
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
Plan and implement new designs; optimize existing user interface designs
Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
Create prototypes for new product ideas
Test new ideas before implementing
Conduct ongoing user research to test for intuitiveness of product and overall user experience
Do you have the key ingredients?
At least three years of experience as an UI-UX Designer or similar role
Demonstrated ability to lead the solution of a product area and connect that to a broader product vision
Fluency in one or more design tools (e.g., Proto.io, Sketch, InVision, Figma, Adobe CC)
Experience with designing for multiple screen sizes and platforms: for responsive web as well as native mobile apps
Experience in strategizing and executing UX research, with expertise in experience and journey mapping
Proactive with capacity to balance multiple projects at once
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to learn new things
Strong communication skills with an ability to build strong relationships across the organization
UI design portfolio; Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Ability to discuss and explain design options
Detail oriented; critical thinker
Problem solver and customer-centric
At least three years of experience with HTML5 & CSS3
Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction
Experience working with project management software is a plus
